Refund policy

We have a strict no return policy on our body/skincare products, due to being hygienic items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us at the above email address with your order #, name, date of purchase & pictures of any possible damages/ issues so that we can evaluate the issue. Upon evaluation we will contact you back with our findings & how we will go forward.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty / skin care products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. All other possible merchandise returns must be approved, by emailing us at the email address above with your order # as well as the item you're requesting to return and the issue along with picture of the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on our products as we do not accepts returns on our body/skincare/custom items. If for some reason after our 2x check you have still received an incorrect item, the fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to contact us at the email address above with your: order #, name & date of purchase along with a picture of the label and (if Whipped Butter) a clear picture of the bottom of the jar.
